Bomba Tapas & Cocktails is the place where you go for tapas and cocktails that will have you dreaming of Spain. Claudia Effra-Hume stumbled upon this spot and called it a hidden gem—couldn't agree more. The cocktails are banging, and the tiny hand towels are just the cherry on top. 🍹
But it’s not all sunshine; while the food and service get high marks, some reviewers found the wait a bit lengthy. Meg Humphreys loved the chorizo drizzled with honey and the churros, but we all know patience is a virtue, even when you’re starving. If you can deal with a little wait, Bomba is worth your while.
