Tier Achieved:
Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
The Pump Room is your go-to for ice cream on the Brighton seafront, and it’s got options for everyone, including a treasure trove of vegan flavors. Sherelle can’t get enough of their soft whip, while Ludvig was blown away by the apple pie flavor. But let’s not ignore the elephant in the room: the service isn't always top-notch, as Red discovered when a staff member decided to rub his finger on his cone before handing it over—yikes.
If you’re here for ice cream, you’re in the right place, but brace yourself for possibly questionable service. The food is solid, but the team could use a little training on customer interactions. If you can overlook the service hiccups, you might just find your new favorite ice cream haunt.
