Lecca Cafe is the heart of English breakfasts, where Christian is singing praises of their all-day menu. Tarek is convinced it’s the best breakfast in the UK, and with friendly staff running the show, it’s hard to argue. The cafe has that charming family-run vibe you can’t find in chain restaurants. It’s clean, cozy, and there’s a daily special to keep things exciting.
However, the food can be hit or miss; one reviewer found eggs sloppily cooked and the black pudding like a rock. But with so many glowing reviews, it seems the good days outweigh the bad. Worth a visit if you’re in the area and fancy a solid brekkie, just make sure to check if Eddy the dog is in, because he’s apparently a local celebrity.
