Sprinkles Gelato is like that friend who’s got the charm but the substance is a bit lacking. The service is a mixed bag; Naseer, Roshan, and Donell get a shout-out for top-notch customer service, but good luck getting help when it’s busy. The waffles? Pure joy. They’re generous and come with any flavor ice cream you can dream of, but don’t go expecting a Michelin-star experience. The ice cream can be hit or miss with flavors that are, well, just okay.
The biggest complaint? Staff shortages. You might find just one poor soul juggling orders, desserts, and dishwashing all at once. It’s a decent spot, but don’t plan on a quick visit unless you’re cool with waiting. And for the love of all things sweet, if you see a tired-looking staff member, offer them a coffee. They need it. 🍦😅
