Costa always puts a smile on your face with its consistent service and hygiene. A solid 5/5 for cleanliness, but the quality of the food can be a bit of a rollercoaster. Simona had a delightful experience with friendly staff and delicious ginger cake, while others had mixed feelings about their drinks and portions. It’s like drinking from a box of chocolates—you never know what you’re gonna get.
