Franco's Napoli is trying its best to be that friendly neighborhood spot, but there’s a dark cloud hanging over it. While Peter Lane praises the attentive staff and decent food, the shadows cast by the cranky owner leave a sour taste. Lucy Morris had a rough encounter with him, which is a shame because the food seems to be getting decent reviews. You’ve got everything from pizza to meatballs, and Barbara Hiley even enjoyed a vegetable stew.

However, if you’re looking for a place where you can relax without the fear of being shouted at, maybe consider a takeaway. It’s a mixed bag; some love it, and some... not so much. If you’re in for a meal, just be prepared for a potential drama as well.
