Rio The Internet Cafe is like that pal who's always got your back but is a bit of a letdown. It’s clean, sure, but the food is about as exciting as a plain piece of toast. The takeaway menu is a mixed bag, with some highlights like the cheese and potato Coxinha, but it’s hard to recommend a place where you might be greeted with less-than-stellar customer service.
