Jing Jai is the Thai spot you didn’t know you needed in Bolton. This family-run cafe serves up some of the best Pad Thai I've had, and that Thai milk tea? Pure magic. The staff are so friendly they might as well be your long-lost cousins—seriously, they’re that nice. But hey, if you’re planning a visit, just remember to check their opening hours. They could take a cue from a nightclub and stay open longer.
From the green tea milk cake that’s so good it could have its own fan club to the spicy curries that’ll make your taste buds sing, you’re in for a treat. Just make sure you leave room for more than one meal; you'll want to come back for seconds (or thirds). A solid bet for a casual outing—this place is all about good vibes and even better grub.
