Tier Achieved:
Good food, hygiene's had some notes. Probably fine.
The food's genuinely great and the hygiene issues are "Improvement Necessary" — not catastrophic. Worth a punt if you're not a germaphobe.
Indian Lantern is the kind of place that has you questioning all those fancy city spots when you can find this kind of quality in the countryside. Alan thinks the food is amazing and Alex raves about how clean it is. Even the service gets a big thumbs up from Nancy, who found the staff charming despite the hectic atmosphere. The lamb tikka biryani has become a favorite for many, and the takeaway seems just as good as dining in. But just a heads up: don’t expect Michelin star decor or ambiance; it’s more functional than fabulous. A hidden treasure in a very rural spot. 💎
