The Ivy Lounge is a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to dim sum. Olivia Britten thinks it serves the best dim sum in Birmingham, and the attentive staff could make even a rock feel welcome. Kayleigh Luong agrees, praising both the food and the exceptional service from waiter Paul. But it’s not all smiles; Silence Wong found the food a tad underwhelming, and James Ralph felt the staff were a bit brash at times, making for a less-than-ideal experience.
