Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest β your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Spice of Madras has had a major glow-up thanks to the return of Mohammad. His chicken Bhuna madras is something you want to dive into face first. Trust me, the food is so good you might just forget you're in a place that has recently swapped hands. With familiar dishes making a comeback, itβs like a culinary reunion you didnβt know you needed.
However, itβs not all rainbows and butterflies. Some patrons are mourning the loss of the old regime, claiming they wouldnβt pay Β£55 for a biryani that tasted like minty sadness. If youβre brave enough to roll the dice on a big group booking, just know it might end in chaos if you all decide to arrive at once. All in all, decent food but the drama is real.
