Tier Achieved:
Good food, hygiene's had some notes. Probably fine.
The food's genuinely great and the hygiene issues are "Improvement Necessary" — not catastrophic. Worth a punt if you're not a germaphobe.
Golden City, or should I say 'Risky Kitchen,' is where you'll roll the dice on your meal. With a hygiene rating of 3, you're typically looking at a calculated risk, but people rave about the food. David couldn’t stop gushing about Ba-Ha catering his wedding – now that’s a compliment! They get the vegan roasts down to a fine art, and Alice can't shake off the taste of the Sunday roast.
But there’s a caveat; it's situated in a pub that’s lively, and as L Bee pointed out, it gets a bit loud later on. Still, if you're feeling adventurous and don’t mind a bit of chaos, this place might just surprise you. Just keep your expectations in check and your stomach ready for a tasty gamble.
"They did an amazing job!"
"Best place in town for vegan and gluten free food made from the heart."
"Arrived as they opened to relaxed music and a warm welcome."
