Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
AS Cafe and Diner is what you’d expect from a café that aces cleanliness but flops on the food game. Pawanjit Chahal is dreaming of the Mega He-Man breakfast, while Tyrone Smith claims it's great value for money. But hold your horses. Jamie Luciana got a soggy sausage sandwich that looked like it was made with butter from the bottom of a margarine container, and Laura Hughes was not amused. If you want a side of rudeness with your coffee, Patrick Byrne found that too. So, it’s a bit of a mixed bag here.
If you’re starving and need a quick bite, you might be okay, but don’t expect a culinary adventure unless it involves instant coffee and lackluster service. AS Cafe is more about survival than satisfaction, so if you’re feeling brave, stop by. 🍳😬
