Green Earth Cafe is the beacon of plant-based hope in Bedford. Jitesh Mistry stumbled in on a chilly morning and left singing its praises. With a menu that’s 100% vegan, even the most skeptical carnivore might just leave a little bit converted. Phily was blown away by the big breakfast, declaring it the best in years. Who knew tofu scrambled could bring such joy?
