Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest β your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Chai Adda is the type of place that sounds better than it tastes. CMD raved about the donuts and tea, but it seems the menu is as hit-and-miss as a blindfolded dart throw. With a cozy atmosphere, it feels like a decent spot for a quick snack, but donβt expect gourmet dining. Muhammad found the chana with paratha decent, but other reviews paint a picture of dry, sad desserts and service that could use a caffeine boost itself.
While it has some charm, the uneven quality of food and service means you might want to pop in for a quick chai and donut but skip the full meal unless youβre feeling brave. π΅π©
"The tea and donuts at Chai Adda...were absolutely delicious!"
"It is an ideal spot for a quick 'nashta' or light bite."
"Milk cake was a big disappointment, so dry, small."
